The sports hall will be open from 8 am

Compound archers will shoot a 5 spot Worcester face. All other archers will shoot single spot full faces
Maximum 4 archers per boss
Awards will be dependent on entries
York Archers Society will not be held responsible for damage caused to arrows from bosses, or for arrows passing through
Archery GB dress code regulations will apply as show in rule 307
Under Archery GB child protection policy, anybody wishing to take any photographic of video images must register their name and address with the organiser upon arrival
Those entering online will receive an automatic notification of entry. Those entering by post will receive an email of confirmation if the address given is legible
The closing date for entries is Sunday 15th December, two weeks before the event, giving our T.O some holiday time over Christmas
