York Archers Society welcomes you all to join us for our annual UKRS Double York, Hereford, and Bristol I-V open competition.

It will be held at the Hopgrove playing fields, Malton Road, York, YO32 9TE

Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th June 2019

Archers will shoot a York, Hereford, or Bristol I-V round each day and the both scores will be combined for results

Assembly is at 9.30am each day

Our Chair of Judges for the day will be Richard Ford

Refreshments will be available each day, including hot food and beverages

Tickets are:

  • Both days senior £20

  • Both days junior £15

  • Single day senior £12

  • Single day junior £8

  • Camping is £4 per night (Friday and Saturday nights available)

Please note:

  • 6 arrow ends will be shot under method 2 on both days

  • A maximum of 4 archers will be allocated per target in two details

  • York Archers Society will not be held responsible for any damage caused to arrows from target bosses, including any arrows that pass through

  • Entries from archers shooting both days of the event will have priority for places. Any online payments made for single days that do not make the target list will be refunded before the event

  • There will be no refunds given for archers who withdraw from the event

  • Archery GB dress regulations will apply as shown in Archery GB rule 307

  • An automatic email confirming payment will be made immediately upon online payment, a confirmation of target allocation email will be sent out manually. Any posted forms will recieve a confirmation email if the address is legible

  • Record status shoots are liable for drugs testing and any competitor approached to give a sample must comply. Refusal will be treated as a positive result

  • Closing date for any entries is Sunday 9th of June
